One of the skills sets that will be most sought after is the fiber cable splicer, additionally roles like Fiber Route Patroller or Field Survey Assistant which requires very basic training will also be available for school drop-out youths. Adequate efforts to ensure placement of trained candidates within 50 kms of their villages would be made by partnering with industry partners in the program.
